Alex Nielson was born and raised in Kelowna. She is currently enrolled in the Registered Massage Therapy program at First College and will be taking her board exams in September 2025 to become a registered massage therapist.
Her keen interest in health, wellness, and helping others led her to pursue massage therapy. She understands the positive impact of the mind-body connection and takes a holistic, relaxation-based approach to massage.
In her free time, Alex can be found enjoying the outdoors, hiking, biking, skiing, and paddling on the water.
