Alex Nielson, a proud Kelowna native, has always been passionate about health, wellness, and the power of human connection. She is currently pursuing her education in the Registered Massage Therapy (RMT) program at First College, where she is gaining hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge about therapeutic massage techniques. With a strong commitment to professional growth, she is set to take her board exams in September 2025, officially launching her career as a Registered Massage Therapist.

Her journey into massage therapy was fueled by a deep interest in holistic wellness and a desire to help others achieve physical and mental well-being. She believes in the profound impact of the mind-body connection and incorporates a relaxation-based, holistic approach into her practice. By focusing on both the physical and emotional aspects of healing, Alex aims to provide therapeutic treatments that promote balance, recovery, and overall well-being.

Beyond her academic pursuits, Alex embraces an active lifestyle and finds joy in the great outdoors. Whether it's hiking scenic trails, cycling through picturesque landscapes, skiing in the winter months, or paddling across Kelowna’s stunning waters, she thrives in nature. Her love for outdoor activities not only keeps her physically active but also enhances her understanding of movement, flexibility, and body mechanics—knowledge that she applies in her massage therapy practice to better serve her future clients.

As she prepares to enter the field of massage therapy, Alex looks forward to making a meaningful impact in the lives of her clients. She is eager to help individuals relieve tension, restore mobility, and experience the healing benefits of therapeutic massage. With a compassionate approach and a strong foundation in wellness, she is on a path to becoming a dedicated and skilled Registered Massage Therapist.
